Return Policy
We accept unopened products for up to 90 days for a full refund. If you did open it, and it is in working condition, and still want to return it, we accept it but we do charge 15% restocking fee. We also cannot refund consumables such as wires.
Shipping Policy
Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. We currently do not offer expedited shipping (such as overnight, etc.). We’ll be using UPS to send the orders. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email or two with any tracking information available — you can check order status by logging into your account. You need to have an email to register into the website and you need to register to order a product.
